※教学目标: 1. 能在语境中朗读、初步理解和运用单词birthday、April、game、eleventh、eighth. 2. 能通过阅读文本,观察图片,在对话语境中初步感知序数词eighth/eleventh等的用法,初步了解英语中日期的表达方法。 3. 能通过听录音、看动画,模仿跟读等方法,初步理解课文对话的主要内容,并能运用所学表述文中人物的过生日活动,对比体验感知中西方人过生日的不同方式。 4. 知道自己的出生日是妈妈受苦的日子,感恩父母给予自己生命。 ※制定依据: ★教学内容分析: 本单元围绕过生日这一话题,通过Miss Li、Su Hai 和Mike对话谈论他们的生日日期以及如何过生日,意在让学生初步感知英语中序数词的使用方法以及日期的表达方式,并对生日当天的庆祝活动进行讨论和分享,同时简单渗透中西方文化中不同的生日风俗习惯。 ★学生情况分析: 本班共有学生49名,经过近三年的英语学习,已经具备了一定的合作学习能力和自主学习能力等,但是部分学生课上不够积极主动,个别学生听课习惯较差,对语言的感知能力还有待加强。在上一单元Chinese festivals通过学习中国的几个传统节日,学习了表达节日所在月份,以及描述人们在不同节日里的常见活动和庆祝方式.而且在五年级上册Unit2 A new student中已经学过first、second、third等序数词,对于本节课中新的序数词的学习和理解,以及讨论和表达过生日的活动语料方面有一定的帮助。 | |||||||||||||

| 图片引入故事情境,学生观察找出主要人物。培养读图与猜测能力。
让学生进行预测性提问,带着疑问进入课文学习,不但为深入研读理解文本奠定基础,而且培养了他们的提问能力。
通过观看cartoon,捕捉信息,并初步操练句型来感知和建构如何问答生日日期的重点句型。
读语篇第一段,感知如何来描述生日场景的文本结构。
读语篇第二段,圈划关键信息,进一步掌握话语结构。并在这段文本的学习中,重构、丰富话语结构。
讨论发现两人过生日的饮食文化差别,并拓展其他国家生日饮食文化。
通过选择自己感兴趣的方式和段落进行朗读表演,培养朗读和表演能力。
